Our expertise enables us to repair large-diameter round saw blades up to 72 inches, as well as straight knives up to 144 inches long. For a custom bandsaw blade, custom circular sawmill blade or cutting tool, we prepare a technical drawing of the blade to be produced by identifying your specific needs. Several factors must be considered to optimize the cutting tool: shape, size, raw material, rotation speed, material to be cut, tool or machine on which the blade will be integrated, etc. We have the expertise, the materials, the tooling and the production workshop required to create the perfect custom blade.
