One of our specialties is the manufacturing of saw blades and circular knives used on automated packaging machines. Our products developed for this industry are mainly used for cutting paper and plastic.
Custom made blades
The blades we manufacture for this segment are almost exclusively custom-made. Our customers are subject to a multitude of restrictions related to their production and packaging lines.
For this reason, we do not maintain inventory for these products. However, we anticipate the needs of our customers who order regularly by performing personalized follow-ups.
Knives
Our knives dedicated to packaging materials are sharp, durable and offer a precise cut. They represent a great option to support your productivity.
Whether it's for plastic, cardboard or paper, we use the optimal type of steel.

Optimized hardness for your application
Several material choices: carbon steel A8, D2, 1075, and stainless steels grades 420, 440C, etc.
Available with smooth knife edge with single or double bevel, V-tooth or zig-zag tooth.
Quick sharpening service offered
Blades and knives available for vacuum packaging machines, plastic film and cardboard. Among others for Allpak, Tiromat, Gloucester, Hauni, Hansel, Multivac, Pak Rapid machines and more.
